9:30 Sweep + Performance

The 9:30 Liquidity Sweep is an opening-market reversal strategy designed to identify when price takes liquidity above or below a predetermined range, then reverses toward the opposite side.
The strategy uses the 8:12–9:12 AM Eastern Time range (5:12–6:12 AM Pacific) to establish the session high and low.
At the 9:30 AM Eastern market open (6:30 AM Pacific), the indicator monitors price for a liquidity sweep.
Bearish Setup (SELL): Price trades above the established range high, taking buy-side liquidity. The indicator identifies a potential bearish order block and waits for a bearish candle to close below that order block and back beneath the range high. Once confirmed, a SELL signal appears, targeting the opposite range low.
Bullish Setup (BUY): Price trades below the established range low, taking sell-side liquidity. The indicator identifies a potential bullish order block and waits for a bullish candle to close above that order block and back above the range low. Once confirmed, a BUY signal appears, targeting the opposite range high.
Indicator Features
- Automatically plots the 8:12–9:12 AM range high and low.
- Detects liquidity sweeps during the 9:30–11:00 AM Eastern trading window.
- Identifies potential bullish and bearish order blocks.
- Generates confirmed BUY and SELL signals.
- Places stop-loss levels beyond the sweep extremes.
- Targets the opposite side of the established range.
- Tracks historical wins, losses, win rate, and sessions without trades.
- Includes customizable settings and TradingView alerts.
Recommended timeframe: 1-minute chart.
Markets: NQ, and MNQ futures.
Strategy objective: Capture a reversal following an opening-session liquidity sweep rather than chasing the initial breakout.
The indicator is intended for historical analysis and trade confirmation. A liquidity sweep does not guarantee a reversal, and historical signals do not establish future profitability.
