Institutional OB | julzALGO is a Pine Script v6 chart overlay designed to identify potential swing-based supply and demand zones using market structure and historical price extremes.
The indicator combines swing order-block detection, automatic zone invalidation, and configurable risk/reward projections when price touches an eligible order-block boundary.
Its primary objective is to help traders analyze where significant historical price structures originated and plan potential trading opportunities when those zones are revisited.

𝟏. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝

Order-block candidates form when the closing-price series crosses a confirmed swing level.
The structure engine uses pivot-based calculations to identify significant swing highs and lows.
Important confirmation behavior: On an open candle, the structural-break condition can change until that candle closes. Therefore, a newly appearing order-block candidate should not automatically be interpreted as a fully confirmed closed-bar signal.

𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 — 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞

A bullish order block is generated when price crosses above a previously identified swing high.
Formation process:
1. The structure engine identifies a swing high using pivot calculations.
2. The swing high becomes a structural reference after pivot confirmation.
3. The closing-price series crosses above that reference.
4. The indicator searches historical candles between the relevant swing reference and the breakout.
5. It identifies the lowest low within the search range.
6. The candle containing that lowest low provides the bullish order-block boundaries.
7. The resulting zone is stored for subsequent monitoring.

Bullish order-block boundaries:
• Upper boundary: High of the selected candle
• Lower boundary: Lowest low in the search range
• Midpoint: Average of both boundaries

The zone represents a potential demand area based on historical price structure, not proof of institutional accumulation.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 — 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞

A bearish order block is generated when price crosses below a previously identified swing low.

Formation process:

1. The engine identifies a confirmed swing low.
2. The closing-price series crosses below that structural level.
3. The indicator examines the relevant historical candles.
4. It identifies the highest high within the search range.
5. The candle containing that highest high provides the bearish order-block boundaries.
6. The resulting zone is stored and monitored.

Bearish order-block boundaries:
• Upper boundary: Highest high in the search range
• Lower boundary: Low of the selected candle
• Midpoint: Average of both boundaries

This zone represents a potential supply area where a future bearish price reaction may occur.
The current script uses full-candle high/low boundaries for these zones.

𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞

The indicator uses pivot-based market structure calculations.
Default swing lookback: 50 bars
An internal five-bar pivot length is also calculated for shorter-term structure.
The engine recognizes three structural classifications.
BOS, CHoCH, and CHoCH+ are internal classifications used by the detection engine. This version does not display their labels or structure lines.

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐁𝐎𝐒)

A BOS represents a break of a previously confirmed structural level in the direction of the tracked trend.
• Bullish BOS: Price crosses above a structural high.
• Bearish BOS: Price crosses below a structural low.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐇𝐨𝐂𝐇)

A CHoCH occurs when a structural break takes place against the previously tracked trend.
• Bullish CHoCH: An upward break while the tracked structure was bearish.
• Bearish CHoCH: A downward break while the tracked structure was bullish.

𝐂𝐇𝐨𝐂𝐇+

CHoCH+ applies an additional relationship between recent pivot points.
• Bullish CHoCH+: An upward structural reversal accompanied by a higher recent swing low.
• Bearish CHoCH+: A downward structural reversal accompanied by a lower recent swing high.

These classifications help distinguish continuation and potential reversal structures. They do not guarantee a future directional move.

𝟑. 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The indicator monitors active order blocks and removes zones when their invalidation conditions are satisfied.

𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

A bullish order block is invalidated when a confirmed candle closes below the lower boundary.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

A bearish order block is invalidated when a confirmed candle closes above the upper boundary.
The current implementation uses Absolute invalidation, meaning the relevant outer boundary determines whether the zone has been broken.
A temporary wick beyond the boundary does not independently invalidate the order block if the closing-price condition is not met.

𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞-𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

The indicator includes a fixed same-direction zone-suppression rule.
This rule can discard a newly detected candidate in favor of an existing zone.
It uses a simplified boundary comparison rather than a complete geometric overlap calculation.
Consequently, not every potential historical order block will necessarily remain displayed.

𝟒. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭

The indicator monitors eligible active order blocks for subsequent price contact.

𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭

A bullish retest occurs when the candle's high-low range touches the upper boundary of an active bullish order block.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭

A bearish retest occurs when the candle's high-low range touches the lower boundary of an active bearish order block.
The retest system evaluates its conditions on confirmed candles.
Retest timing: A retest setup can be generated on the order block's detection bar if that bar also touches the relevant boundary. The code checks that the retest occurs later than the historical origin candle, not necessarily later than the order block's detection bar.
A separate departure-and-return sequence is not required.
The retest condition represents price contact with a zone. It does not require a rejection candle, volume spike, or additional momentum confirmation.

𝟓. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤/𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

When a qualifying retest occurs, the indicator calculates a hypothetical entry, stop-loss, and take-profit projection.

𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Three entry modes are available.
Near Edge: Bullish = upper boundary; Bearish = lower boundary.
Midline: Bullish and bearish = zone midpoint.
Far Edge: Bullish = lower boundary; Bearish = upper boundary.
Default entry mode: Near Edge

𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩-𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The stop-loss is positioned beyond the opposite order-block boundary using an ATR clearance.
Bullish:
SL = OB Bottom − (ATR × Clearance)
Bearish:
SL = OB Top + (ATR × Clearance)
Default values:
• ATR Length: 14
• ATR Clearance: 0.50

𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞-𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The risk distance is calculated as:
Risk = |Entry − Stop-Loss|
Bullish:
TP = Entry + (Risk × RR Multiple)
Bearish:
TP = Entry − (Risk × RR Multiple)
Available target multiples are 1R, 2R, 3R, 4R, and 5R.
Default target: 3R
For example, a hypothetical bullish entry at 3,000 with a stop-loss at 2,990 produces a risk distance of 10. At 3R, the projected take-profit is 3,030.
These are calculated price references, not actual orders or verified trade executions.

𝟔. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐑 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

The indicator displays the latest generated RR setup and the immediately preceding setup.
A qualifying retest of a different order block can create a new projection before the previous target is reached.
Repeated touches of the currently selected order block do not create another setup while it remains selected.
Projection display behavior:
• The latest projection extends forward according to the configured RR Line Length.
• The previous projection ends at the newer setup's starting bar.
• Each displayed setup contains calculated entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels.
• Optional shaded regions distinguish potential risk from potential reward.
The indicator does not automatically track completed wins and losses or verify whether the projected entry, stop-loss, or take-profit was executed.

𝟕. 𝐁𝐓𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐃𝐓 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 — 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
ảnh chụp nhanh
The accompanying BTCUSDT chart illustrates how Institutional OB | julzALGO displays bullish and bearish retest risk/reward projections.
The bullish setup demonstrates how a potential demand-zone retest can produce a calculated long entry, protective stop-loss, and upside reward target.
The bearish setup demonstrates the equivalent process for a potential supply-zone retest, with a calculated short entry, protective stop-loss, and downside target.
The chart is provided to explain the indicator's visual behavior and calculations.
The presence of a projection does not establish that a trade was executed or that the target was achieved.

𝟗. 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬

The indicator provides three TradingView alert conditions:
• Bull Swing OB: Bullish swing order-block formation event.
• Bear Swing OB: Bearish swing order-block formation event.
• Swing OB: General swing order-block formation event.
These are order-block formation alerts.
The current script does not include a dedicated alert condition for RR retest projections.
Because structure events can develop during an open candle, traders should select alert frequency settings appropriate to their confirmation preferences.

𝟏𝟎. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Swing pivots require subsequent candles to confirm their historical locations.
With the default Swing Lookback of 50, a pivot requires 50 bars to the right before it can be confirmed.
The indicator uses these confirmed pivot references to detect structural breaks.
However, structural-break detection is not explicitly restricted to confirmed bars. During a live candle, the closing-price series can move above or below a structural level before the candle finishes.
As a result, an order-block candidate may appear or change while the live candle is developing.
Retest generation and zone invalidation use confirmed-bar checks.
Order-block zones are anchored visually to historical candles, even though their detection may occur later.
Users should distinguish the historical origin of a zone from the time at which the indicator actually detected it.
The script should not be described as unconditionally non-repainting without additional real-time validation.

𝟏𝟏. 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰

Traders can use the indicator as part of a structured technical analysis process.
1. Identify the prevailing market structure and relevant swing levels.
2. Observe newly detected bullish or bearish order-block candidates.
3. Wait for appropriate confirmation based on the trader's own rules.
4. Compare the zone with higher-timeframe market context.
5. Monitor whether price touches the order-block boundary.
6. Evaluate the calculated RR projection.
7. Apply independent confirmation and position-sizing rules before considering a trade.
The indicator is intended to assist analysis rather than replace discretionary risk management.

𝟏𝟐. 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫

Institutional OB | julzALGO identifies zones through price structure and historical candle data.
It does not access actual institutional order books or identify verified transactions by banks, funds, or other market participants.
Order blocks may fail, and price can move through a zone without a meaningful reaction.
RR projections are hypothetical and do not automatically account for spreads, commissions, slippage, execution delays, or position sizing.
The indicator is not a complete backtesting strategy or automated trading system.
Institutional OB | julzALGO is designed for educational and analytical use. No indicator can guarantee profitable trades.
