Cập nhật RSI Divergence Score

Short description
This indicator combines the classic Relative Strength Index (RSI) with an additional momentum divergence score.
The blue line is the standard RSI.
In addition, the indicator measures whether momentum is developing stronger or weaker than price itself.
Unlike traditional divergence indicators, it does not only check rigid patterns such as:
Instead, it continuously measures how strongly price and momentum are decoupling.
To do this, it:
This score is displayed in the RSI pane as a green/red area around the 50 line.
Optionally, Bull and Bear labels are shown when a classical pivot divergence is present and the score confirms it.
Interpretation
Blue RSI
Green score area
Red score area
Bull label
Bear label
Core idea
The indicator is designed to show not only where a formal classical divergence exists, but also how strongly momentum and price are actually diverging.
That makes it useful for cases such as:
These are exactly the situations that many traditional divergence indicators fail to capture well.
- higher high / lower high
- lower low / higher low
Instead, it continuously measures how strongly price and momentum are decoupling.
To do this, it:
- measures the price trend over a lookback window and normalizes it by Average True Range (ATR)
- measures the RSI trend over the same window and normalizes it by RSI volatility
- combines both into a divergence score
This score is displayed in the RSI pane as a green/red area around the 50 line.
Optionally, Bull and Bear labels are shown when a classical pivot divergence is present and the score confirms it.
Interpretation
Blue RSI
- interpreted like a normal RSI
- above 70 = potentially overbought
- below 30 = potentially oversold
- 50 = rough trend midpoint
Green score area
- momentum is stronger than the price action would normally suggest
- often constructive / bullish
- especially interesting when price is still flat or only rising slightly
Red score area
- momentum is weaker than the price action would normally suggest
- often cautionary / bearish
- especially interesting when price is still elevated or still rising, but internal strength is fading
Bull label
- a classical bullish RSI divergence has been detected
- the additional score confirms it positively
- possible early sign of a bottoming process or upward reversal
Bear label
- a classical bearish RSI divergence has been detected
- the additional score confirms it negatively
- possible early sign of weakening or downward reversal
Core idea
The indicator is designed to show not only where a formal classical divergence exists, but also how strongly momentum and price are actually diverging.
That makes it useful for cases such as:
- price stays flat, but RSI improves clearly
- price is still rising, but momentum is noticeably lagging
These are exactly the situations that many traditional divergence indicators fail to capture well.
