This powerful tool is designed to enhance your trading experience by allowing you to effectively assess the traditional Risk: Reward ratio based on key market levels when entering and exiting trades.
Our customizable Risk: Reward Zones empower you to tailor settings to fit your unique trading strategy.
For example, the default configuration presents the Risk: Reward ratio as a function of the Open Price in relation to Pre-Market Highs and Lows. This is particularly beneficial for day traders, clearly outlining standard risk tolerances of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 ratios.
To maximize your trading potential, if your target is set at the Pre-Market High, aim to minimize your risk to a maximum of 1:1. Should the price move beyond the shaded zone, seize the opportunity to reassess your target and consider exiting the trade.
You can easily adjust your target price (Key Levels) by navigating to the INPUT section of the Settings.
Leverage the "LONG RISK SOURCE" for bullish trade levels and the "SHORT RISK SOURCE" for bearish trade levels.
When determining your entry price, utilize the BASE SOURCE to choose from OPEN, DAILY HIGH, or DAILY LOW.
