1. Standardized the killzones into a numerical order instead of by their names.
2. Added more "killzones" or sessions for the 2 hour pre-market times prior to killzones for Asia, London, and NYAM.
3. Added octants to all killzones with the ability to extend until mitigation, extend until the next session, or keep it tidy within it's own session.
4. Added -0.5 and -1.0 deviations to each side of the killzone octant levels.

5. Added feature to extend specific main killzone/ranges only: Asia, London, NY Pre-Market, NY Equities Opening Range. This is useful if one range trends or consolidates. (For example: London and NY Pre-market consolidates or has lower than average range. We can anticipate NY Equities Opening Range to expand or trend. That range can be used throughout the trading day.) Automation for this feature is being currently worked on.
6. Added options to hide octants and/or extensions when Session Drawing Limit > 1 (pivots & midpoints remain unchanged)
7. Simplified settings for a cleaner look at default.
