Spanish National Guard and National Police have dismantled two crypto-related crime cases and identified or detained 48 people, according to CriptoNoticias. According to ChainCatcher, one Ponzi scheme left 113 investors with losses of about 327,000 euros, while another network used phishing and fake rental ads to carry out fraud and converted the proceeds into crypto assets to evade tracking, causing losses of more than 430,000 euros.
