Can I get a tax-free subscription? Can the tax be refunded?

Non-professional subscribers:  Please note that if you're a non-professional subscriber and have our regular  subscriptions (Essential, Plus, Premium), you can't get the tax reimbursed because the subscriptions are not B2B compliant. Therefore, it is not possible to enter your company’s information or tax ID during checkout or when the invoice is generated to avoid paying tax. The tax amount is automatically added to the subscription price and cannot be excluded or refunded.

Professional subscribers: You can provide your tax ID and company name when subscribing to the Ultimate plan. In this case, tax does not get applied.
