Q: I already have a paid TradingView plan. Will it be affected?

A: If you win a subscription prize, your current paid plan will be extended by the prize duration. Your renewal date moves forward, and everything else stays the same.

Q: I was on a free trial during the competition. How is my prize handled?

A: It depends on your subscription status at the official end of the competition. If your trial is active at the competition’s end and it is converted to a paid plan without interruption (no cancellation, gap, or failed payment), then your paid plan will be extended by the prize duration.

Q: My trial was active, but I didn’t convert it to a paid plan (or my payment failed or was canceled). What happens?

A: You’ll receive a TradingView Essential plan for the prize duration.

Q: My trial expired before the competition ended. Do I still get the subscription prize?

A: Yes. You’ll receive a TradingView Essential plan for the prize duration.

Q: I used to have a paid plan, but I wasn’t on any paid plan or trial by the time the competition ended. Am I still eligible for the subscription prize?

A: Yes. You’ll receive a TradingView Essential plan for the prize duration.

Q: When will I see the subscription applied to my account?

A: Prize subscriptions/extensions are applied automatically to winners' account within 5 days of the official competition end announcement.
