Why do I receive the "Invalid credentials" error on CXM?

Please make sure you are trying to log in with your CXM Trader account credentials.

To create a CXM Trader account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your CXM Client Portal.
2. Click Open live Account.
3. Select CXM Trader as the account type.
4. Once your CXM Trader account has been created, your trading account password will be displayed.

After creating your account, you can log into CXM on TradingView using your CXM Trader account number and trading password.
