How to set up your Paid Space welcome email

Every new subscriber to your Paid Space gets a welcome email automatically. It uses a TradingView default text, and you can replace it with your own at any time.

If you haven't set up a Paid Space yet, start with How to create a Paid Space.

What subscribers receive

• Your profile picture and username at the top.
• Your subject line and your message.
• A "Go to Paid Space" button that opens your Paid Space.
• The standard TradingView footer.

The email is sent from TradingView (noreply@tradingview.com).

When it's sent

• When someone subscribes to your Paid Space for the first time.
• When a former subscriber comes back after cancelling.

Monthly renewals don't trigger the email, so regular subscribers receive it once.

How to edit it

• Open your Paid Space page.
• Click the more actions button (···) and select "Edit welcome email".
• Write your subject line (up to 60 characters) and your message (up to 600 characters).
• Click "Save changes".

You can edit the email at any time, including while your Paid Space is still a draft or waiting for approval. Once your Paid Space is live, saved changes apply to the emails sent from that moment on. If you leave the default text as it is, subscribers receive the default.

Send yourself a test

Click "Send test" in the editor to email the current text to your account address. You can send up to 5 test emails per hour. Your subscribers never receive test emails.

Good to know

• The subject and the message are plain text. Text styling and images aren't supported.
• You can add your own links. Paste the full address, starting with https://, instead of putting the link behind a word. Some email clients only recognize addresses written in full.
• Keep it short and say what a new subscriber should do first, for example which script to start with or where you post updates.
• Your welcome email has to follow the Creator Program (Paid Spaces) Terms, like the rest of your Paid Space.
