IVEP provides exposure to companies believed necessary to power the next phase of the development of artificial intelligence. The underlying index for this ETF is constructed based on Dan Ives AI Power 30 Research Report. It invests primarily in equity securities and ADRs of companies identified as key contributors to the infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence (AI), including power generation, fuel supply, grid infrastructure, data centers, equipment, power management, materials, and enabling technologies. The index uses proprietary natural language processing algorithms, selecting companies generating at least 50% of their revenues from AI Power Businesses, with additional criteria for size and liquidity. Weights are assigned based on free-float market cap and are adjusted to manage concentration risk. The index is reconstituted semi-annually based on the research report release and rebalanced quarterly.
