I've had a great experience with Edge Clear so far. The biggest difference for me has been the connection stability. I trade through TradingView, and unlike my previous experience with IBKR, I haven't had to deal with random disconnects during the trading session. That reliability gives me a lot more confidence when I'm in a trade. TradingView is my preferred platform, so having a broker that integrates smoothly with it is a huge plus. The setup has been straightforward, execution has been solid, and everything has worked as expected. If you primarily trade through TradingView and want a reliable connection, I'd definitely recommend giving Edge Clear a look.

Great and faster service and customer support.

Best customer experience and they personally check every request till it has resolution. commissions are same as major brokers no issue. you can trade QSPX and QNDX biggest advantage of it.

The super low fees are a plus but most importantly the customer service is incredible. Quick and detailed responses makes it easy for beginners who don’t know much!

Opening up a new account from Aus was a breeze, thanks to their customer service team, cheers guys!

Best customer experience I've had in years compared to other brokers. Plus, the integration with TradingView is simple and easy, and customer service will help you out if you need any assistance. Costs are very competitive and transparent. Loving it!

It is a good platform, but definitely does not deserve 5 star. For person who is doing full time job, there is no mobile app to manage their positions. The desktop version requires a lot of data and internet speed, making it slow if multiple charts are opened. I have seen it many time going into halt for no reason. People who have normal home wifi, this platform makes other apps run slow. The footprint charts version is not very user friendly and easy to apply on a new chart. Honestly, there are better platforms available when it comes to footprints and heatmaps (ATAS, Bookmap etc). If I have to choose again, I would prefer Sierra charts (which is much complex, I know, but once set up delivers what an active trader requires).

Updating my review a couple of years later and I can confirm that EdgeClear continues to live up to my expectations. Once you shake out to true cost they are competitive with everyone else out there and when people say their service is top notch, they are not joking. The EdgeClear team is always on point to help or answer questions when you need them. If you are looking for a futures only broker then you really need to give them a look.

I have been with Edge Clear for 3 years due to their top-notch service. Response to questions and requests is within minutes. Linking Trading View with Edge Clear was smooth and completed in a day with minimal intervention on my end. Kudos to the folks at EdgeClear. I will continue to be working with them through my trading journey.

EdgeClear has been a blemish-free experience. Their customer service has a solid reputation. Funding & setup was efficient & straightforward. They were quick to answer any questions I had. For trading, everything just works. Their CQG integration with tradingview has worked without hiccups and has all the QoL one needs, including bracket orders and dragging to move positions. If you are new to trading, please don't go with a 'discount' jank broker based out of some island near antarctica who you cannot reach if ever needed. You're not going to have a long-term professional relationship with a dozen brokers, just one or two, so please choose well. EdgeClear is quality, is affordable, has an office in chicago and I recommend them.

Great broker. Account setup was fast and customer service is excellent. I had an issue and they researched it, fixed it, and got back to me by end of day. Highly recommend.

As an international client who has traded with some brokers in the USA, I can confirm that customer service is top-notch. They are fast and do really care about their clients. Also, opening my account, funding via wire, and connecting to Trading View/CQG have been really smooth. Recommend them, for sure.

The customer service is top tier.. When you have a question you receive an answer very promplty. Opening the account was very simple process,. Connecting to TradingView is very simple and strait forward.

Great customer service. They respond asap and are very helpful. Straight forward clear pricing. Can switch back and forth between TradingView and their platform EdgeProX with no problems.

I recently opened and funded my EdgeClear account and connected it with TradingView via CQG. The setup process was smooth, and the support team responded quickly throughout the account opening and funding process. The TradingView integration works well and makes it easy to monitor futures markets and manage trades within a familiar interface. I also appreciate the fast email support and clear communication from the team. So far, I’ve had a good experience with EdgeClear.

Trading futures for Edgeclear using tradingview is easy. The execution is fast and quick. Customer service is quick to respond.
