Happy Weekend All - here is a great example of classic diamond pattern. The larger SPX and NAS diamonds of the summer have left many smaller diamonds in their wakes. During formation, diamond price action can be erratic, with parabolic run-ups followed by parabolic drops. Diamonds are for Theta Burn. I expect many more Diamonds to be formed as we move forward - I will celebrate the return of a rising wedge full of the H&S (or iH&S)..for now we have the Diamond and I am working to make sure I don't get caught on the wrong side of the volatility. My next post will be a new fib channel- featuring this new TSLA Diamond - as we prepare for the split. How have you been trading TSLA? What is your plan for Monday?
