I am seeing a repeat of the same pattern that led to the crash in 2022.
TSLA peaked November 2021 and started to produce a downtrend, a descending wave just like what we are seeing now. There were strong fluctuations within this wave but always with lower highs.
Before the November 2021 top, there was a peak first around January 2021, we a see a repeat of this pattern. Before the December 2025 top, we see a peak first around December 2024.
The first peak leads to a correction then the cycle top. The cycle top starts a sequence of lower highs and lower lows, leading to a 2nd correction and bear market bottom. See the sequence on the chart.
1) The peak followed by 1st correction.
2) The cycle TOP followed by a descending channel.
3) The descending channel ends with a crash—2nd correction.
This is a simple chart but I think there is some merit to it. Let me know what you think in the comments. Is Tesla going to crash?
