Regarding repeated broker reconnections, TradingView may automatically disconnect inactive trading sessions as a security measure to help prevent unauthorized access or accidental orders.

I would have given a 0 out of 5 if possible. I’ve laid a complaint about a trade that was closed when I CLEARLY selected profitable positions to be closed and all my trades was closed resulting in a $8018 loss. Now 11 days has passed with a AI email reply the whole time. I also laid a complaint about how my complaint is being handled. Stay away from them. 4 years a loyal customer and this is how you get treated. Complaint #159218. I am getting the same Ai bot repetitive responses. Disgusted

Honestly a great broker but they are charging too much on commisions and spreads here compared to mt5...please consider reducing spread from 0.5 to 0.1

can't save my login i would have to relogin all the time if i choose dont forget me option they will show me an error board not allowing me to login. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve tried logging in
