I have raised this issue many times regarding not receiving my July commission. The amount isn't large — only three hundred dollars — but I have spent a great deal of time dealing with this matter. I need to know clearly why that commission has not been paid. The support department keeps deliberately avoiding transparent answers and just circles back to the same vague, non-transparent response over and over. If there is some issue with my commission or a violation of terms, please notify me in writing along with specific evidence. I cannot allow my commission to be lost or revoked in such an unreasonable way. I have raised this issue many times already, and honestly, you still haven't resolved it for me. If it continues to go unresolved, I'll be honest — there will continue to be low ratings on this broker's platforms. So I hope the support team will handle my commission issue quickly and transparently.

I am a partner who has worked with Deriv for a long time. I am currently having an issue with my July commission — it has now been over a month since the payment date, and I still have not received that commission in my account. When I worked with the support department, they provided no evidence whatsoever of any violation or breach of terms on my account, yet they still arbitrarily revoked my commission. When I requested a clear, specific reason, no information was provided at all. As a partner, I have the right to know clearly about this issue and to know why my money was revoked in such an unreasonable way. I want to post this review here so that everyone knows, and so that Deriv's support team notifies the relevant department: if there is nothing wrong with my payment, please pay it to me. But if there is an issue and it is being revoked or withheld, please notify me clearly, in writing. I cannot be left to lose my commission in such a vague and unclear manner. This is only damaging my trust as well as the company's reputation, given how many repeated reviews there are about this exact same issue. You should resolve this matter transparently and clearly. I believe things will turn out better that way.

I need to share the following issue with everyone. I am currently a partner with this broker and have been working with them for several months. However, I am not being paid my July commission — I earned six hundred dollars in commission for that month. It has now been over two months past the payment date, and I still have not received this money. When I raised this issue with the support department, I did not receive clear or transparent assistance. They only told me that the commission had been revoked, without giving any specific reason or violation. I don't understand what I did wrong to have that commission taken back. I believe that if my commission is going to be revoked, I deserve to know the specific reason why. Unilaterally revoking a commission with no specific justification like this seriously damages the broker's credibility. I also want to warn everyone considering trading or becoming a partner with this broker: they are no longer trustworthy and may revoke any commission or profit you earn as a partner or trader at any time. I hope the broker will preserve its credibility and answer every question from clients and partners under any circumstances. Unilaterally revoking payments achieves nothing good and will only continue to erode the broker's reputation.

great trading software. it will be great if you could add an opportunity to enter a trade straight from the long and short drawing option, will your sl and tp.

You can use a Long Position or Short Position drawing to prepare an order with your entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit levels:

→ Add a Long Position or Short Position drawing and adjust the levels.
→ Right-click the drawing.
→ Select "Create limit order".
→ Review the entry, quantity, Stop Loss, and Take Profit in the order panel.
→ Confirm and place the order.

Please note that drawing the setup itself does not automatically place the trade - the order still needs to be confirmed in the order panel.

Today I want to share my experience as a partner with Deriv.com. Right now, I — along with many other people — am not being paid my July commission and have not received any official or specific notice from the company about this. To clarify this issue, I contacted the support department, but they were of no help in resolving it either, only giving me the same repeated answers, seemingly to wear me down until I give up on the revoked commission. I am very disappointed that two months have now passed and I still cannot recover this commission. I want to share this here and everywhere related to Deriv so that everyone knows this broker has neither credibility nor transparency.
Deriv is arbitrarily changing commission plans and revoking over $700 of my commission for no valid reason. When my client's trading generated a commission for me, they revoked that commission, citing that they have the right to do so. But when I asked for the reason, no answer was given — they simply went silent and provided no further response whatsoever. A reputable broker cannot behave this way. I need to share this here so that everyone knows about this issue. They are not a trustworthy broker.
Today I want to share a very serious issue affecting the credibility of Deriv.com. Specifically, I am a partner with Deriv.com, and I currently have not been paid my commission despite it having accrued on my account. I worked with the support department to find out why I wasn't being paid, and they gave several different explanations to the same question. When I asked for a specific, detailed explanation, they didn't respond, and eventually told me that, for security reasons, they could not provide a final conclusion as to why my commission had been withheld. They cited a clause stating that they have the right to reclaim the entire commission amount without needing to notify me or respond to any messages from the partner at all. I believe this is a seriously deceptive and untrustworthy way of doing business with partners. I know many other partners are experiencing the exact same situation as me — and along with them, I will continue leaving 1-star reviews across Deriv.com's platforms so that everyone knows about the untrustworthy business practices of a broker with over 20 years in operation.

I am a partner of deriv.com. I only joined in mid-July 2026. I have a client who trades, and my July commission has already accrued, but I currently have not been paid that amount. The initial reason given was that my client had violated the terms and conditions. However, when I asked for evidence supporting my client's alleged violation, the support department could not provide any and redirected me to the Vietnam regional manager. But when I contacted the regional manager, I also received no answer — only automated messages. I still have not received any specific response regarding this issue, and the conversation was closed. I opened a new support ticket to request information on which regulatory entity my partner account falls under, so that I could file a complaint about this issue — but the support department did not provide that information either. I don't understand how a reputable broker can operate so irresponsibly. I will file a complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities and post about this issue on social media. I hope this matter will be resolved soon, and I will come back here to post an update.

I have only recently become a partner on deriv.com, and my account has generated over $300 in commission. I did not receive that commission on the payment date. Instead, on the payment date, I received a notice stating that because my client's trading activity had violated the terms and conditions, my commission had been revoked. I did not agree with that decision and contacted the support department to have the matter reviewed. After more than two weeks of correspondence, I was told that no violation had occurred on either the client's account or the partner's account. However, my commission still has not been paid, and the broker continues to withhold that payment. They just kept repeating the same answer over and over. When I asked why, if no violation occurred, I still wasn't being paid, they simply went silent and passed responsibility on to another support department. But when I contacted that department, no one helped me either. I reached out via WhatsApp to contact the manager in Vietnam, but received no response — only automated messages. I am extremely frustrated about this. I believe that a reputable broker should follow the very terms and conditions it has set out. And for a broker that has received numerous awards, including awards for being a transparent broker in past years, I find this way of handling the issue completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. At this point, all I can do is share this issue on review platforms and social media forums so that people are aware, in the hope that they will be cautious when trading — and especially when considering becoming a partner with this broker. The credibility they've built seems to be gradually disappearing.
