What I’m seeing:Price isn’t testing the neckline so much as naturally gravitating towards it. Traders are re-engaging with this area buying and selling based on the past action.
If buyers are still cool with this price, we could see a bounce and the bullish trend resumes.
On the flip side, if sellers are strong in this zone, then we could shift into a short-term bearish.
Bullish Bounce:
If the buyers step up and react at the neckline, it could be game on for more upside, pushing back to previous highs or beyond.
Short-Term Bearish Shift:
If the sellers take control and push below the neckline, that could be a signal the breakout was short-lived, and we might see the price move lower.
