$IGV: Potential Cup-with-Handle Pattern

Technical Setup
The chart appears to be forming a cup-with-handle pattern. IGV has moved above the handle area and is approaching the breakout zone. The pattern would be confirmed by a successful break above that level followed by a sustained hold.
Position and Plan
I am already long IGV with a full-size position initiated when price broke above the handle area. I have set an alert at the breakout zone; if price breaks above and holds that level, I will consider adding to the position.

Catatan
IGV is not "yet" performing as I had hoped. I have modified the chart a bit. It needs to get up and over the wedge and then break above the higher resistance line to be valid. If I were long, and I am, my stop would be under that newer support area I have drawn. For me, it would need to have a decisive close below that area.
