Tesla Update — TSLA
Since my previous analysis from last week, Tesla has dropped around 8%, and for now we may be close to a short-term pause in the decline.
From the current area, I am watching the possibility of an upside move toward the buy-side liquidity zone around $300–$330. In my view, this area could act as an important liquidity target, and price may attempt a sharp move into that zone before the next major reaction.
If price reaches and sweeps that liquidity area, my main scenario would be a corrective bearish move afterward, first toward the $255 region and potentially later toward the $197 area.
From there, I would start watching for signs of the next major bullish cycle, with a possible longer-term upside target around $400.
Overall, I remain bearish on the broader U.S. stock market, and Tesla is one of the major names I am closely watching. In my view, if the larger market weakness continues, TSLA could still experience a significant correction from its historical highs.
