BREAKOUT PATTERN:
TSLA has formed a Head & Shoulders pattern and confirmed a breakdown below the neckline. The move occurred with a gap down, which adds strong conviction to the pattern and signals aggressive selling pressure. This kind of breakdown typically reflects a shift in control from buyers to sellers and increases the probability of follow-through on the downside.
PRICE TARGET:
After the neckline break, price continues to trade below the breakdown zone, keeping the structure valid. Any pullback toward the neckline is expected to act as resistance, and weak retests in this area often align with continuation moves in the direction of the breakdown.
