Fibonacci retracements are based on this theory:
the line BC (retracement of the line AB) anticipates the subsequent extension of the line CD (which would be the mirror copy of the line AB).
as in the example, if the BC line retraces to area 38.2, then we could expect an extension of the CD line up to the values in area 161.8.
the greater the retracement of the BC line, the smaller the extension of the CD line.
here are the reference levels:
38.2 --> 161.8
61.8 --> 141.4
78.6 --> 127.2
