A really positive experience with IG overall. The well-designed, easy-to-use app and the integration with TradingView are a big plus. Shoutout to the wide range of markets available and how straightforward it is to access information and manage positions. Customer support is the main area for improvement, particularly when dealing with specific account queries.

Good platform to use with connections to tradingview and offer a variety of assets to trade from. Customer service has improved and the platform is generally easy to navigate.

Customer service can sometimes be a little slow, especially during busy periods. However, my overall experience with IG has been very positive. The platform is stable and easy to use, with a wide range of products and markets available. Trade execution is smooth, and IG feels highly secure and trustworthy thanks to its strong reputation and regulation. Overall, it is a reliable broker that I would be happy to continue using.

One reason I enjoy using IG is that I don’t need a different platform every time I want to look at another market. I can follow forex, indices, commodities and other instruments from the same account. The search function makes it easy to find what I’m looking for, and watchlists are useful for keeping the markets I follow regularly organised.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the IG mobile app. Some brokers have good desktop platforms but their mobile apps feel like an afterthought. With IG, I can comfortably check my account, monitor positions and make adjustments when I’m away from my computer. Prices and position information are presented clearly, and the functions I need most often are easy to reach.

Once I have a position open, I can clearly see the entry price, position size, running P&L and other relevant information in one place. Changing a stop loss or take profit is also straightforward. I don’t need to go through a complicated sequence of pages just to make a small adjustment to an existing trade. The order management on IG is one of the features I appreciate most.

What I like most about IG is how clearly the account information is presented. I can open the platform and immediately see my balance, available funds, margin, open positions and current profit or loss without searching through several different menus.

No trading platform is perfect, and it does take a little time to learn where everything is because IG offers so many functions. However, once the workspace is set up the way you want it, the platform becomes very efficient. For me, the combination of reliable execution, good risk-management tools, TradingView integration and broad market access makes IG one of the better platforms I have used. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would happily give it five stars.

Spot on for spread betting. The spreads on major FX pairs like GBP/USD are super tight, and the integration with ProRealTime is brilliant for technical analysis. Their web platform takes a bit of getting used to because there’s so much going on, but once you set up your workspace, it’s a beast

One of the things I like most about IG is the TradingView integration. aggiorno la recensione 13-7-2026 da qualche mese il problema è stato risolto, aumento le stelle a 4, non cinque solo perchè la gestione del problema è stata veramente troppo lenta e il timore che ricapiti mi impedisce di dare 5 stelle. Se poi per i prossimi anni non succederà più allora darò 5 stelle 7-11-2025 Indecente che ormai è da metà settembre 2025 che non si riesca più a tradare i principali mercati , EURUSD , S&P500 , Bitcoin, Gold , DAX , TLT ecc.... Segnalato anche a IG ma non hanno fatto niente!!!! Molto arrabbiato !!! Peccato perchè fino a questo problema avevo dato 5 stelle ....

This refers to IG France. Good platform, with numerous tools and accessible customer support, BUT too much erroneous data that is never corrected even after being reported, misleading the customer and costing them money. The French platform is inferior to the British one: very few news items are translated from English (even though I can and would like to read them in the original language), and there's no stock screener on the mobile app, unlike the British version (one wonders why, when it would be so simple to translate)... We could also talk about the weekend oil "quotes," which seem completely subjective and misleading, corresponding to nothing concrete or reliable, and which usurp the name and appear to deceive the public. It's very surprising that the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) has no objections... In short, a lack of rigor and a lack of will to improve. Too bad... Edit June 20, 2026: Confirmation of my previous impression. Erroneous data provided by their sacrosanct SYSTEM. No perspective, no reflection, and no capacity for critical thinking regarding it. Lots of empty words like "We're listening... blah blah blah..." but a total waste of time, and my simplest questions were never answered. Moral of the story: You're just another customer among millions in this cash cow, and it's take it or leave it. No time to waste with you... IG, forgive me again for daring to ask how you calculated the daily percentage change of the WTI CFD ($1), but I know how to count, and your figure was wrong, like many others for anyone who bothers to check...

After pulling all my funds out due to months of instruments being untradable on TradingView, I recently noticed the issues appeared to be resolved and decided to give them another chance. I transferred funds back last week — only to immediately run into a new problem: their TradingView feeds are showing "Data Issues" with no real-time data available. Making matters worse: IG doesn't support demo account trading on TradingView, which means every technical failure gets discovered with real money on the line. There is no way to test whether their integration is even functional before committing funds. The specific issues change, but the pattern doesn't — chronic, unresolved technical instability from a broker that apparently cannot maintain the most basic requirement for day trading: reliable real-time data. Completely unacceptable.

Poor experience. I have to login to account every time I navigate away from TV, regular data outage issues, lagging charts, just not good enough. It's got to the point I'll be taking my money elsewhere as I need a reliable broker connection.

The broker is great, but the functionality through TV is a bit glitchy and laggy. But it still works well. Not all instruments available through TV though. Blocks you from trading higher risk stocks a lot.

Good when working but increasingly frequent integration problems which prevent trading via Tradingview.

The previous issue has been resolved, thanks, however another issue come up, it seem the stop loss and take profit order is not sync to the real account, if I setup the stop loss and take profit in TradingView, it would no be executed, it is a bigger issue for me now, please fix, thank you.
