To recap this is the reason why you received only the 1 month coupon. You requested a TradingView Premium offer for 3 months. You were informed that the agreement was for two months and you only received one month because you withdrew the funds on the same day as the deposit and didn’t continue.
For this reason, the 3 month offer was not extended to you.
You deposited $500 and withdrew $500 the same day leaving $0 on the account.
