Over the past couple of months we saw a rally of more than +100% on Tesla, perfectly following the bullish triangle breakout. Therefore it is quite anticipated that we will see a rejection at the previous all time high and a retest of the next support, creating a bullish break and retest.

With basically all tech stocks weakening over the past couple of days, also Tesla is starting to reject the previous all time high resistance. Now this does not mean that the overall uptrend is invalidated but every retest of the next lower support level is rather a strong buying opportunity.

We simply did not see any bearish price action in January and if a stock doesn't drop, we will inevitably see the push higher. Thus Tesla is about to break all resistance towards the upside and a monthly candle closure above the all time high would lead to another parabolic rally.
