I am very angry about the way the support team has handled this issue, and about how Deriv is deliberately refusing to pay partner commissions using excuses that are utterly flimsy and unprofessional. The specific issue is as follows: I am a partner from Vietnam, and I have been working with Deriv for a long time. In August, I received a notice stating that my client had violated the terms and conditions, resulting in my not receiving my revenue share commission. After my client and I provided complete evidence and no violation was found in the client's trading activity, the broker's response was: the client has no violation, the partner has no violation, but we will not pay that commission because we have a clause that allows us to do so. This sets a very bad precedent for anyone who becomes a partner with this broker. Because when a partner earns a commission, the broker will pay it if it feels like it, and if not, it simply won't pay — without needing to give any reason at all. I don't believe a reputable broker with numerous awards and over 20 years in operation should treat its partners this way. I will continue posting this information on forums and review sites so that people are aware and think carefully before becoming a partner with Deriv. Because partners will not be protected and will not be paid their commissions for the simple reason that the broker doesn't feel like it.
