Established in 2019, the Institute was jointly founded by Xiamen University, a globally recognized institution known for its contributions to advanced scientific and economic research, and the Administrative Committee of the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. XMUPT aims to bring together innovative talents and advance industrial development, with special focus on strengthening cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Committed to high educational standards, XMUPT incorporates rigorous scientific thinking and a flexible teaching approach into its learning process.
Through this collaboration, students at the XMUPT will gain access to TradingView’s professional toolkit — from screeners that help navigate the markets and uncover new opportunities to advanced interactive charts for in-depth market analysis and strategy testing. They will also join the world’s largest trading community and benefit from a broad set of tools for both fundamental and technical analysis.
