constant connection failure from btcc to trading view. also if trading directly on btcc buy and sell bracket should really be simplified with clear profit and loss projection. otherwise its a great platform to trade

BTCC was great until the last few weeks. Recently there seems to be massive data integration issues with Trading View and BTCC’s price data is not transferring completely to Trading View making this integration unusable! I am hoping they fix this data issue ASAP.

f btcc absolutely the worst platform there is unless you like you money being taken for no reason. the platform is disigned to take you money even if your a decent trader. to open a position three times and it placed me 32$ in the whole each time when i specifically set the limit elsewhere. then they really make it difficult to withdraw deposit or even login or out. and now i have to wait 12 hours to withdraw my assets so i the whole day is lost. that's not a quick withdraw at all. this is more manipulation than the crap the do at casinos to keep people inside until all there moneys gone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE F BTCC DELETING ACCOUNT NOW WILL DO NOTHING BUT INFORM ALL OF THERE SHADY CRAP APP. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL 5STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND PAID FOR!

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with BTCC. It’s been over 6 months since I first contacted their support team about my blocked funds, and nothing has been resolved. I still cannot log into my account,the app constantly shows login errors, making it impossible to access my own money. Customer support keeps sending generic responses like “your case is under review” instead of actually fixing the issue. Asking for more “details” when their own system won’t even allow login is honestly ridiculous. This level of delay and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable for any financial platform. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before using this service. Very disappointing experience.

Very buggy Tradingview connection, very unreliable with the disconnections while in trades or setting up stop losses and take profits etc. The charts are freezing up randomly.
