I have been trying to withdraw my own money for over a week and a half. First, Binance had technical issues with ZEN withdrawals and told me to use P2P instead. I followed their instructions, but ended up dealing with a dishonest buyer who claimed to have paid. Binance Support told me that if I obtained official confirmation from ZEN Bank that no payment had been received, they would be able to resolve the case. I spent an entire day contacting the bank, completing additional verification, and finally obtained official confirmation that no incoming payment existed. After I provided this evidence, Binance did not resolve the case. Instead, they gave the buyer more time—even though the buyer failed to provide the official bank proof that Binance themselves requested. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly given contradictory information by different support agents. One agent promised one thing, another later admitted that the previous information was incorrect. I spent days under constant stress, repeating the same explanations and providing every piece of evidence requested, yet nothing was resolved. The worst part is not even the delay—it’s being misled by customer support and receiving apologies instead of actual solutions. I used to believe Binance had one of the best support teams. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer believe that is true. I hope this review helps other users understand what they may face if they ever need real assistance.by kseniaarbitrageupAug 5

Live PnL Display and Direct Chart Orders (TP/SL) for Binance Spot Connection Hello TradingView and Binance Teams, I am writing this review to suggest a critical feature enhancement regarding the Binance integration on TradingView, specifically for Spot Trading. Currently, when trading via the Binance connection, the live PnL ($ and %) does not display directly on the chart in real-time for pending or open positions like it beautifully does with other brokers. Furthermore, we lack the ability to visually drag and set Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) lines directly from an open chart position before execution. As spot traders, having to switch back and forth or use Market orders just to see visual tracking is inefficient. Enabling Live PnL tracking and Visual Drag-and-Drop TP/SL orders on the chart for Binance Spot—just like other integrated brokers—would dramatically improve our workflow, speed up execution, and enhance the overall user experience. To be Honest. I don't even want to give Binance 1 star because they don't support OCO option on TradingView. In today's trading, there is not a single person who doesn't trade with TAKE PROFIT and STOP LOSS (IN MY OPTION). I was very disappointed on it.by Fawsu_KhanalMay 26
orders execution is not the same setup as on binance. for example: I create a short on binance itself and want to close order in tradingview, it's simply buys the amount and creates a long instead of closing the short position. in addition: orders done in binance can't be modified in TWby ColumbareMay 17
