right in the middle of a trade my screen became full of indicater bullshit lines everywhere ...i could noit see my trade at all , the candles wehere totally hidden behind a massive amount of garbage....of course i started to panic looking for the end button but it was gone and i could not find it pluss i was a total wreck ....it was useless i had lost controll over the whoe fucking thing, it turned out to be so much worse then i ever thought possible......all I could do was turne off my laptop and walk away...when i finally had the balls to check out what had happened to my money i was devistated ....they took everything these mother fuckers emptied not only my account but went into my bank and took every iast penny...i had got paid that day and it was all gone. when i spoke the the reps about what happened they could give a shit ...the girl said we get people every day who complane about this kind of thing but we are a companey and we are here to make a profit so we cant do anything about it....WTF really they get people every day that have the same issue and they chose to do nothiong so they can keep all the money they steal from us,,,they make millions of dollars every day and they need the money so bsdly they woulld rather let their pice of shit trading platform continueto glitch out so they can rob us blind ...ive never been to discusted with the greed of a company as i am with ninja trader...this wasnt the first time that had happened but it was worst...i moved over to kraken and robinhood and nothing but winns ...I was told that ninja trader would investagate what happened that day...its been almost a month and nothing, not a word. i wont hold my breath....do yourself a favor and pass on this place...one more thing i was using T.V and ninja trader that day.

it gliches out on me sometimes when logging on, other than that its great but it has lost me opportunities trying to get the connection issues sorted,

I love ninja trader the only think I feel the liquidation charge its to expensive most of the time it kicks me out right when the price its about to reverse but I understand its a business and the house have to win

the mobile app has a glitch that puts a stop in with my sell or buy and immediately takes money away from me.

Ninjatrader in Trading View platform has 5-6 seconds delay and sometimes more. I reached Ninja customer service and they blame Trading View. I contacted Trading View and they blame NinjaTrader..... 2 seconds can cost you a lot of loses.... you figure it out. if you don't believe me check countdown at start in candles when placing a trade.

Highly responsive with great margins.

Good but it auto closes position and sometimes it takes my loss and the money it costs to take the position.

love the platform but withdraw are not friendly

I love this broker, good prices and ease of use. Also the education suite they have is highly underrated. My preferred futures broker.

I am new to Ninja Trader but so far its been great. Fast response to any questions and trade fees are good also.

Very easy to manoeuvre in. Nice with the TradingView connection. FAST withdrawals. I even love the theme colors, the black and orange.

so far it has been user friendly and fairly quick with making orders. a few glitches here and there but nothing that has cause me too lose any meaningful amounts of money.

It would be nice if there is an option for adding TP/SL after entering a trade. Right now can only do that when setting up a limit order.

Left webull. 1st time with ninjatrader. pro and pretty simple to use with tradingview, make sure to buy the 9.99 live sim to interact with tradingview so you can use the charts if your use to tradingview already and fund acct and start trading with small capitol.

You guys are pretty good i guess. Not as good as i expected though. Trouble with logins and randomly logging me out while im in positions is very frustrating.

One of my biggest frustrations is something that should be very basic for any trading platform: managing stop-loss and take-profit orders. After placing a buy or sell order, there is no simple, intuitive way to immediately define and manage your SL and TP the way I would expect from a professional trading platform. I've experienced numerous problems with NinjaTrader, and overall I have found both the platform and the service to be very unprofessional. I contacted customer service today and spoke with Samuel J., and unfortunately that experience only added to my frustration. I did not find the support helpful or professional. Their own "award-winning" desktop application has also been a major disappointment for me. I've experienced performance and usability problems, particularly at times when reliability matters most in trading. What frustrates me even more is that some of these problems appear to be well known, yet they continue. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to make NinjaTrader work for me, and I regret how much time I've wasted dealing with these issues. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend NinjaTrader, and I will be moving to another broker.

I think ninja Trader is kool. The only problem I have is that when it's linked to tradingview, you can't add the tp and sl after the trade has been initiated.

This has been a great setup. Integrates well with TradingView. I like to trade right on the chart and all my positions have been right on the money getting me in and out of positions. Great Job NinjaTrader!! I will recommend this broker.

Could not get out of some trades. TP was not working, but the SL works without fail.

Annoying that I can't link all of my charts to TV (so 4 stars) and best used by executing directly on NT with an ATM set, then can move around on TV, but overall finding it great with the setup as described

Intuitive and very easy to use platform. Integrates perfectly with TradingView. Highly Recommended!
