NECK seeks capital appreciation by actively investing in 15-25 AI bottleneck companies globally, positioned at critical points of constraint across the artificial intelligence stack. Such companies have products or capacity constrained relative to demand (such as being sold out, carrying a backlog, or having committed capacity) or whose position in the AI supply chain is difficult to replace. The fund focuses on four sub-themes: Memory (high-bandwidth memory, DRAM, NAND, and storage technologies), Optics, Photonics & Networking (silicon photonics, optical components, transceivers, and high-speed data transmission), Power & Infrastructure (cooling systems, power management, electrical distribution, and data center infrastructure), and Semiconductors & Compute (AI cloud infrastructure, GPUs, CPUs, custom AI chips, advanced packaging, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment). Companies in the AI supply chain but not currently constrained may be added following demand analysis.
