Panasian Power Plc engages in the generation of renewable energy. It operates Hydropower, Solar Power, Rooftop Solar, and Ground Solar projects. It operates through the following segments: Hydro Power, Solar Power; Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Service; and Group. The Hydro Power segment operates mini-hydro plants. The Solar Power segment includes solar power plants with an aggregate capacity of 10.5 MW and 0.4 MW in operation under joint venture arrangements. The EPC Service segment represents engineering, procurement and construction of roof top solar power plants and sale of solar inverters, panels and other accessories to third party customers. The company was founded on April 22, 2002 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
