The NNN segment focuses on investing and owning senior housing communities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term acute care facilities, freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare facilities throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Chicago, IL.
