ALAB – Is the Next Leg of the Rally About to Begin?Presenting another high-probability chart story.
Some stocks don't spend months building a base—they simply explode higher, correct sharply, and resume the trend. ALAB is starting to look like one of them.
After an explosive A→B impulsive rally, the stock entered a swift correction, retracing almost perfectly into a high-confluence support zone.
Now, buyers appear to be stepping back in.
What stands out?
✅ V-shaped correction back into the previous breakout zone.
✅ Successful breakout retest, with the prior resistance acting as new support.
✅ The correction filled the nearby price gap, removing unfinished business.
✅ Price found support at the 200 EMA, a level institutions often defend during strong uptrends.
✅ The retracement reached the Fibonacci Golden Pocket (0.5–0.618), adding another layer of confluence.
This is exactly the type of pullback trend traders often wait for after a parabolic move.
Is an AB=CD Pattern Developing?
One pattern worth watching is a potential AB=CD harmonic continuation.
If the current rebound develops into a new impulse leg similar in magnitude to the first rally, the projections become very interesting:
🎯 First objective: around $500
🚀 Extended AB=CD projection: near $650
These aren't guarantees—they are measured projections that become increasingly relevant only if buyers reclaim momentum and continue printing higher highs.
Bullish Scenario
As long as ALAB continues holding above the breakout retest zone and the 200 EMA, the current pullback looks more like a healthy reset within a strong primary uptrend than the beginning of a trend reversal.
Invalidation
A decisive daily close below the retest zone would weaken the bullish structure and suggest that the correction is not yet complete.
Every chart tells a story.
This one looks like a fast train making a scheduled stop. The explosive first leg is complete, the breakout has been retested, the gap has been filled, and multiple support factors are converging in the same area.
Now the question is:
Is the next AB=CD leg already departed? 🚄📈
AsteraLab targeting 600 markAstera Lab grew from 100 to 400+ levels in the last run up since March 2026. The stock has significant more upside left as we have just now entered wave 3(v) and the fib ratio convergence is showing it to reach close to 600$ mark within next 2-2.5months.
The stock leads the high beta list and would be a great one for getting significant returns in a short time frame. Strong buy setup.
ALAB Pullback to $682I'm waiting for a pullback to support on ALAB and then a run to $682. The pullback doesn't have to come, but since the S&P500 is at pullback territory I'm hoping it'll happen. The support area I'm buying is $248.
$682 is a significant resistance area and likely to coincide with Nasdaq 100 reaching 32k (also major resistance for NDX).
Good luck!
Astera Labs | Pullback Within a Bullish Trend? After a powerful rally, Astera Labs has entered a healthy correction and is now testing the key 300-305 support area, where the Fibonacci level and the EMA 100 are located. Despite recent profit taking, price remains well above the EMA 200, keeping the long-term bullish structure intact. CCI has reached oversold territory and is beginning to recover, which may become an early signal that selling pressure is fading. As long as price holds above 300, the primary scenario remains a recovery toward 406, followed by 469 and potentially 565. A break below 300 would increase the probability of a decline toward the next major demand zone near 255. Astera Labs remains one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies, providing high-speed connectivity solutions for GPUs, processors and modern data centers. The company continues to benefit from massive investment in artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure by the world's largest technology companies. Continued revenue growth, expanding partnerships with leading server manufacturers and rising AI infrastructure spending could support the stock's long-term bullish outlook.

ALAB: Consolidation Before the Next Impulse?Astera Labs continues to hold above the key support zone at 303.68–314.66 following a strong bullish advance. Despite the recent pullback, price remains above major moving averages and the overall market structure stays bullish. The current range between 363.59 and 382.30 appears to be a consolidation area before the next directional move. If buyers defend the 312.90 support and reclaim 382.30, the next upside target could be the 500.66 area. A break below 303.68 would increase the risk of a deeper correction, but for now the primary trend remains bullish.
From a fundamental perspective, the artificial intelligence sector remains one of the strongest growth themes in the market. Ongoing investments in data centers, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing continue to support demand for advanced connectivity and networking solutions. Astera Labs is considered a beneficiary of the expanding AI infrastructure market, helping maintain strong institutional interest in the stock.
Positive developments related to AI adoption, major technology spending programs, and new enterprise contracts could serve as additional catalysts for future upside momentum.
ALAB maintains a strong bullish structure amid AI sector growthAstera Labs
The stock continues to trade in an uptrend after breaking out from a prolonged correction and is holding above a key support zone. Price remains stable within the 180-170 area, confirming sustained demand and the formation of a base for further upside.
The trading plan is to consider long positions in the 225-200 zone with a possible pullback toward 180. The scenario becomes invalid below 160. Upside targets are located around 295 and 366.
From a technical perspective, the asset is forming higher highs and higher lows, holding above major moving averages and continuing its recovery after exiting a bearish structure. The current consolidation below local resistance appears to be preparation for another upward impulse.
Fundamentally, the company remains one of the beneficiaries of expanding AI infrastructure and high speed data center demand. Growing investment in AI solutions, server technologies and cloud infrastructure from major tech companies continues to support the semiconductor and networking sector.
As long as the current structure holds, the bullish scenario remains in focus.
Can Astera Labs Justify Its 25x AI Premium? The Premium Markets Will Not Ignore
Astera Labs joins the Nasdaq-100 before the June 22, 2026, open. The inclusion forces passive funds like the $300 billion QQQ to buy immediately. That pressure pushed shares near $367. The company has earned the attention. First-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue hit $308.4 million, up 93% year over year. Non-GAAP gross margin reached 76.4%, with operating margin at 36.2%. Analysts model a 60.4% two-year revenue growth rate. Yet the stock trades at 25.08 times forward sales. The software industry average sits near 4.35 times. Several models peg fair value closer to $204. A roughly $1 trillion hyperscaler data center buildout supports the optimism. Inflation and interest rates still threaten that capital spending. Investors here pay for perfection.
The Moat Beneath the Hype
Astera builds the nervous system of AI data centers. Its Aries retimers clean the electrical signals that copper degrades at high speed. Its Scorpio X-Series fabric switch now carries 320 lanes per device. Proprietary engines cut data duplication by up to 50%. The software-defined design serves both merchant GPUs and custom accelerators. Management calls this a Switzerland of connectivity. That neutrality keeps demand steady, whoever wins the chip war. Science drives the next move. Astera acquired Germany's aiXscale Photonics to master optical interconnects. Light replaces electrons and removes copper's thermal limits. A patent wall protects the lead. The company holds more than 100 patents globally and 26 issued in the United States. CEO Jitendra Mohan alone holds thirty-five. Competitors face a steep climb.
Geopolitics and the Silicon Chokepoint
Astera owns designs but operates no factories. TSMC fabricates its advanced silicon in Taiwan. That concentration ties the company to the Taiwan Strait. Taiwan imports 97% of its energy inputs. A maritime blockade could drain domestic reserves within eleven days. Such fragility threatens the entire AI hardware pipeline. Washington also bans advanced AI accelerator exports to China. These controls push every chip designer to diversify supply. Cybersecurity adds another front. The Leo memory platform embeds an immutable Root of Trust. It authenticates software at boot and blocks rogue code. Inline AES-XTS encryption guards data in memory and in transit. A dedicated security response team coordinates global researchers. Hardware trust now sells as a feature, not an afterthought.
Leadership and the Verdict
Three founders built Astera from Texas Instruments' roots. That heritage shapes a fast, collaborative engineering culture. The team recruits senior talent from Google and beyond. This execution earned a landmark Amazon agreement. Amazon holds a warrant for 3.26 million shares at $142.82. The equity vests as Amazon buys up to $6.5 billion in hardware through 2033. That anchor cuts the customer concentration risk that haunts young chip firms. So the bull case is real. The technology leads, the moat deepens, and demand looks durable. The bear case is the price. At 25 times sales, the market allows no stumble. Broadcom and other giants hold far larger cash reserves. Astera remains central to the AI buildout. Investors must now decide whether indispensable justifies expensive.
Astera Labs Showing Renewed Strength Above Key SupportAstera Labs has rebounded once again from the $190 support zone after previously breaking out from that level following a base. The stock is now trading above the well-aligned 20-day and 50-day moving averages, reinforcing the ongoing bullish trend and suggesting buyers are continuing to accumulate shares around this area of demand.
Astera Labs is a $34.25 billion market cap global semiconductor company that provides hardware and software solutions for AI and cloud infrastructure applications, helping solve data, memory, and networking bottlenecks. The company operates across Taiwan, China, the United States, and other international markets.
ALAB is considered a narrow economic moat company and has delivered aggressive revenue and EPS growth over the last three quarters, reflecting strong execution amid rising AI infrastructure demand. The company also maintains solid profitability metrics, with Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) both at 21%. Operating margin stands at 20%, while net margin is 26%.
Its balance sheet remains exceptionally strong, highlighted by a current ratio of 11x and a very low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.03x, providing significant financial flexibility to support future growth.
Astera Labs (ALAB): Rising Channel Reclaim + AI ConnectivityOverview Summary
We’re tracking NASDAQ:ALAB as a core Green Zone Capital exposure within the AI-physical bottlenecks framework, specifically the connectivity and interconnect layer that links accelerated compute, memory, and rack-scale system architecture.
From a chart perspective, ALAB is trading inside a broad rising channel after a volatile post-IPO expansion and reset. The recent move back into the mid-to-high $160s looks less like random noise and more like a reclaim attempt from the lower half of the structure. If this area continues to hold, the setup begins to favor continuation back toward the upper channel rather than renewed weakness.
Within GZC’s Bottleneck-to-Ticker framework, Astera fits because AI is not just a chip story. As racks become denser and systems more heterogeneous, connectivity becomes a real bottleneck. Astera positions itself directly in that layer through PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, NVLink Fusion, and UALink-enabled connectivity solutions for rack-scale AI infrastructure.
Bias: Long
Type: Rising Channel / Infrastructure Continuation
Entry Zone: Current area remains constructive while price holds the lower half of the channel; stronger adds are favored on orderly pullbacks into support
Target Zone: $220-$360
Invalidation: Sustained weekly breakdown below channel support
Technical Analysis
Technically, the structure still looks constructive. ALAB already had an initial price-discovery phase, then moved into a deeper corrective period, and is now attempting to rebuild trend structure rather than unwind it. The lower trend-line is the key reference. As long as price respects that boundary and keeps printing higher lows, the chart supports a continuation view.
Behaviorally, this is what stronger infrastructure names often do after their first major move: sharp expansion, volatile digestion, then a more disciplined second leg once the market begins to understand the business more clearly. If ALAB can continue stabilizing above the lower half of the channel, the next path higher opens back toward the upper boundary.
Macro/Fundamental Thesis
Astera Labs fits GZC because it sits in one of the most important second-order bottlenecks of the AI buildout: intelligent connectivity. The company’s platform is built to solve bandwidth, latency, and composability problems across modern AI systems, which becomes more important as clusters scale and architectures become more complex.
The operating backdrop reinforces that thesis. Astera Labs reported Q4 2025 revenue of $270.6 million, up 17% sequentially and 92% year over year, while full-year 2025 revenue reached $852.5 million, up 115% year over year. Management also guided Q1 2026 revenue to $286 million to $297 million. ALAB shares were trading around $169.75 with a market cap of about $32.5 billion at the latest market snapshot.
In our view, ALAB remains attractive because it gives exposure to a part of the AI stack that is essential but still less crowded than the headline compute names. It is not the loudest layer of the trade, but it is increasingly one of the most necessary.
ALAB: more downside potentialAs long as the price remains below the 181 local resistance and 205 mid-term resistance, I’m watching for a continuation of downside momentum, with a potential re-test of the February breakout area around 115 and the broader macro support near 100.

Bullish Englufing candle at support after deep retracementALAB has been retracing after hitting a high of 262. It has taken support at psychological support level of 100, which is also confluence support level with a trendline. I needs to cross/close above 135 for a bullish reversal and to continue towards 190 with an intermediate resistance of 150. For swing trade, I will keep SL below 99, and take entry at current price, as well as any dip near 100 would be a buying opportunity.
ALAB: Broken Cheat & Falling 10MA ResistanceThe Setup:
Astera Labs ( NASDAQ:ALAB ) is suffering from severe structural deterioration, deeply impacted by a bad market and a weakening semiconductor sector . The stock attempted a cheat after a breakout , but the setup completely failed to hold its ground. Zooming out to the higher timeframes, the stock is trapped under a falling 10MA on the monthly chart, confirming a long-term shift in momentum to the bears. This overhead resistance makes any attempted rallies highly suspect.
Reasoning:
Under falling 10MA Monthly (Major macro trend reversal)
Cheat after a breakout failure (Broken daily setup trapping longs)
Weakening sector - semiconductors (Loss of industry relative strength)
Bad market (Broader headwinds accelerating the breakdown)
Astera Labs Hammers $107 Bottom – $116 Breakout LoadingNASDAQ:ALAB trades at ~$116.16 (up +0.39% intraday on 1H chart), stabilizing after a brutal drop from its late-2025 peak near $262.62. The stock had a strong AI-driven rally through 2025 before correcting sharply into early 2026 and testing lows around $107.07.
Key observations:
- Clear downtrend from Nov 2025–Feb 2026 formed lower highs/lows.
- Recent price action bounced off $107 support, forming higher lows and reclaiming $116 zone with volume pickup.
- Momentum shifting from bearish to neutral-bullish; holding above the 50-period MA.
Analytical buyer outlook:
- Upside trigger: Break $120–$123 on volume — targets $127–$140 retest.
- Support to defend: $112–$116 zone; break risks retest of $107–$110.
- AI connectivity demand remains the core tailwind.
Verdict: Correction appears mature — bullish reversal brewing. Buyers defending $116 zone. Constructive setup if $120 clears; bias turning positive.
$ALAB - Long term tradeContext: Astera makes the "connectivity" chips that allow massive clusters of GPUs to talk to each other.
The Setup: A Triple Bottom recovery on strong volume.
⚠️ Earnings Alert: Earnings are in 2 days. Stocks showing volume before earnings often know something. Watch, but be careful holding through the event.
Astera Labs $ALAB Technical Analysis Overview of Recent Price Action
Astera Labs experienced significant momentum as a hot stock between July 2025 and September 2025, climbing an impressive 146% from its initial breakout point to reach its all-time closing high. Following this strong rally, the stock subsequently retraced approximately 45% of its gains.
Current Trend Channel Formation
Since the retracement, NASDAQ:ALAB appears to be trading within an upward-sloping channel, characterized by a pattern of higher lows. This technical setup suggests a potential continuation of the bullish trend, provided support levels within the channel remain intact.
Trading Strategy Considerations
Going forward, a key area of interest is the 21-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA). If ALAB manages to reclaim this level, it could signal renewed strength and provide an entry point for initiating a position. In such a scenario, the upper boundary of the channel would serve as an initial price target, while the lower upsloping trendline should be used as a stop reference to manage risk.
Upcoming Earnings Event
Investors should note that Astera Labs is scheduled to report earnings in 13 days from today. This event may introduce increased volatility and should be factored into any trading decisions.
