Please let us know which withdrawal method you’re using and the amounts involved so we can determine whether the restriction lies with us, the payment processor, or your bank, and then recommend a faster solution.
The server drops you mention are not normal—live orders should route in milliseconds. Share your platform, account number, and connection type, and our team will pinpoint the cause.

Because we’re an ECN broker, our spreads come directly from liquidity providers, so they can widen in fast markets and may trigger tight stop-losses; if you share the order IDs, we’ll verify each fill and provide a solution. Withdrawals are processed on our side within one business day and carry a flat $5 fee—if yours took longer, let us know the method and amount so we can trace it. Finally, our Prime and Institutional accounts offer narrower spreads.
