Im not sure that Black bull has fair and decent spreads. Ive noticed between my black bull account and tradeovate, where my entries go and are hit by price, it is different between my prop firm accounts and Blackbull. Need to keep following price to see if this is accurate and by how much.

While I still have no email in my inbox from this incident in 2024, I do think Blackbull have provided much better service recently. Sofia helped when I got a message that gold was an untradable symbol in my usd account, which turned out to be an account problem. She created a new usd account for me and transferred my funds across and I was back trading within 30 min. Thanks Sofia

I’m really enjoying using BlackBull Markets so far, particularly the charting and trading setup. I’m still learning the platform and getting familiar with everything that’s available, but I’m becoming more comfortable with it each time I use it. There are clearly a lot of tools and features available, and I’m looking forward to understanding how to use them properly to make my trading more efficient. As I continue learning the platform and what it can offer, I’m confident my experience will only get better. So far, very impressed.

Most of the things in BlackBull Markets is really good. Just wish it had a way for users to check the Balance History of the positions that are closed atleast on the BlackBull Client Portal since TradingView doesn't support it. I've spoken with Sofia on customer service who was very nice and she was really helpful and she replied that she would pass this on to the team. (5 Star Customer Service)

Georgia at customer support was really helpful and guided me through the withdrawal process making it seamless. Apart from this I would like to point out that BlackBull doesn't force you to keep interacting with an AI agent, if you need support you simply have to ask in the chat box and within seconds a person will be there to guide you.
