I have been with blackbull for more than a year now, Last year december, i had two positions opened on Gold, market got closed early to christmas hours and i couldnt manage my positions, i had to wait for market opening. When contacted black bull market whatsapp team I was given the market opening time and my plan was to fund my account to avoid liquidation which i could have done easily but to my surprise market opened 6-7 hours earlier than the given time, i have all the evidence of whatsapp chat. When i reported to blackbull market whatsapp support they couldnt help me out and then i had to reach out to compliance team ,after multiple follow ups they finally sent me a response giving explanation on why the positions were liquidated which i already know but no explanation was given on misinforming me which led to liquidation. I have all the whatsapp chat evidence, I am reaching out to forex influencers to cover this and will be filing a formal complaint with FSA Seychelles as well. My personal opinion on blackbull is their platform is good but its always risky to trade with such providers they easily get away with misinformation and for this reason I wouldn’t advise anyone to open an account with them. Their misinformation is gins be your loss and their explanation will be they are execution only modem and will justify misinformation. It’s better to go with other providers whois customer support is better than BBM and doesn’t justify their wrong doings
