Estimado Cliente,
Saludos cordiales,
ActivTrades
Hello Rdscorreia74,
We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.
We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the simplicity of the user portal and the flexibility to trade a wide range of instruments, including futures-style markets via CFDs. Providing an intuitive environment with access to diverse markets is something we continuously strive to improve.
Regarding your comment about instrument availability, we appreciate the suggestion. Our product team regularly reviews client requests and evaluates opportunities to expand into additional markets.
As for TradingView login sessions, the authentication process may occasionally require reconnection due to platform security settings and session timeouts. These measures are in place to help maintain account security. That said, we understand your point and will pass your feedback to the relevant team for review.
Thank you once again for your balanced feedback and for choosing to trade with ActivTrades.
Kind regards,
ActivTrades
