Really reliable, but does have latency delays, sometimes enter trades or placing orders there is about a couple second delays, or freezes. Overall had have great experience but does tend to have issues with tradovateby ryxnma5 days ago

I have been an investor and a trader for 25+ years. I have used many brokers over that period of time. I decided to open a Tradovate acct to focus on Futures. Tradovate was by far the worst experience from a new acct onboarding process. The process of opening a new acct was confusing, cumbersome and protracted. Customer service was absolutely useless and disjointed with other groups internally (new acct and compliance teams). My funds were in my acct for almost 2 months. After some follow-up for additional info needed to approve the new acct, I was told "everything is in good order...financial review completed...just awaiting approval from new accts. 4 wks later...the new acct was denied". I have NEVER had an acct approval issue like this with ANY financial institution. I have since opened an acct with AMP Futures...was approved, funded and trading in less that 48 hr. Tradovate was a terrible acquisition by Ninja Trader. I would not recommend Tradovate to ANYONE.by alikaderAug 17

Reliable and trustworthy. I've been with tradovate for 6 months. I never experienced any payout delays or any other issues with the platform. With that being said, I'm a satisfied subscriber.by williamsrickey374Aug 8
