I have had no problems trading with them. It all works well. There is a little bit of lag but this isn't a problem unless you are a very short term trader which I am mostly not.
Really pathetic I'm not able to connect my account to trading view. Contacted them several time but they are unresponsive and not cooperative. If you face an issue don't expect the resolution.
Very useful with RAW account. Small spreads. As Tradingview account you experience expensive jokes by their marketmaker and slow execution when using market order. Pls work with limit orders only ! Recent problems with data transfers in April and June 2026 has been resolved. Today, 17.08.2026, again no connection around noon at GMT+1.
FP Markets is superb, very free and flexible. Only big problem is that the subscription is too high at USD40 minimum. It's such a disadvantage to many people. Please revise that consider USD20 or USD10 for minimum deposit into our accounts. We're already members so don't restrict activity by that deterrent 40.
This is the worst broker I have ever used. I have experienced problems logging in, and my order history has disappeared from time to time. It worked fine until recently. I have been a client for a year!
I have ask them to help stop the lagging and the freeze mid trade!!!!
But Now orders are cancelling by themselves!?
I cant log in during the day and candles freeze and the entire page freezes on TW?

Today 3 trades cancelled on their own.....??? And last week one trade cancelled on its own but I thought it was only a bug....

Easy to acess. user friendly. customer care is really supportive in giving solutions. Deposit & withdrawal is really good ( because of this reason only i choose FP Markets as others i has issue in this sector). Hope to continue with FP Markets as long as i can. Thankyou
A quite good cTrader ECN broker, one of the best IMO, lowest spreads for US indices, low fees, high leverage, very good support, they let you customize the type of your account where others not (hedge, netting)... BUT... Their TradingView interconnection are one of the worsts of them. Lot's of days they experience huge latency or at NY open it could be even more than a second just to open, close or move your orders. Hope they fix this soon....

These guys are hopeless. I have been using this broker for about 4 months now.
They have cost me in the order of 200K AUD.
This comes from connection on Tradingview just logging you off, mid trade. It stops printing candles then just cuts you off. Nothing worse. This has happened twice. Costing me roughly 80k and has literally happened again right now. Terrific work guys.
The other part that I emailed them about the other day is the spreads. They are widening spreads for unknown reasons on traders. I copy trade across accounts because I dont trust any single broker and recently Ive had multiple occasions where a worker has stopped me out at break even and FP Markets has tagged me for 18k USD each time.
I also opened a trade the other day and was instantly 110k AUD down front the spreads. If you are a trader trying to do this for a living. These guys are a hard avoid unfortunately.
No refunds have been offered even though I have WhatsApp messages from their staff saying we will refund it all In full... shameful.

At the times referenced, spreads on XAL/USD widened in line with the underlying aluminium futures market, as confirmed by our liquidity providers. The position sizes involved were significantly larger than the available market depth, meaning orders were executed across limited liquidity, this can result in wider spreads and price impact.
We also found no evidence of any platform disruption. Pricing, execution, and stop-loss triggers functioned as expected under those market conditions.
We appreciate that these conditions may not align with your expectations; however, they are inherent to trading certain instruments, particularly during periods of reduced liquidity. We strongly encourage monitoring Depth of Market (DoM) and underlying market conditions when placing larger trades.

You are providing service in the worst possible way. The chart has serious issues and is highly unreliable. In the middle of an open position, the candles suddenly freeze while the price continues moving, which is completely unacceptable for trading. This creates a dangerous and misleading trading environment. Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a broker/chart service in this regard.

FP Markets works well, but if there is heavy trading, the charts lag, which causes missed opportunities, bad investing and when you think your up, your actually down in real time. However the trading box is real time. No problem withdrawing money, get it within 24 hrs. You do receive monthly and daily trading statements. Overall, if your a long term investor, this platform will work well, but not recommended if your a short term investor.

Significant lag and data delays almost a few days EVERY week now. It used to be less common, but it’s becoming more frequent, making it absolutely impossible to trade few times a week!! Do not recommend this broker!!!

lag, disconnection, data missing, dirty candles (especially in lower timeframe) and delayed streaming issue that cause blank chart especially in the hot-hours. a nightmare, the worst way to trade. very bad, not a good service.

Avoid This Broker at All Costs!
This broker is terrible during London and New York sessions. The system is extremely slow, orders lag or don’t execute at all, and you can lose money instantly on volatile assets like gold or BTC.
This is not a broker you can trust. Stay far away unless you want your trades to be a disaster.

A Fast response time was immediately answered for the immediate solution of my encountered problem with my withdrawal of my winnings in excess of my deposited funds throuh my original source of funds.
Nothing wrong with it so far. Executions rapid, super low spreads compared to my previous broker and commission that are also lower than the competition.
