I've asked for 4 months for them to stop charging me the subscription but they won't do it. This company has almost zero customer support. They do not answer emails. What type of company is so low down that they steal from people, the answer is TradeStation. Just stay away unless you want to get robbed.

If you trade on your phone before a major move the broker will want to kick you out it has happened to mee many times and I'm not able to adjust my position get in or get out

Worst Bokerage one can use. Very bad customer service, unfair trading practices/ agreements.

Love the idea but too many bugs. The app is too slow on execution, gets hung up at the worst times, and often have to close it and reopen for it to work. As you know in trading, that is a recipe for losing money especially when trading options. Just my opinion but I speak the truth. If it worked all the time, as it is advertised, it would be better than most others I've tried.

And Here's why... * Although TradeStation advertises their "No Commission" trading and "No Withdrawal fees" - this does not apply to you. You will be charged $5 usd to enter trades, and $5 usd to exit. If like me you are a small cash account this makes day trading (or any strategy other than buy and HODL) completely uneconomical. Forget your 2:1 RR with anything smaller than a $10,000usd size account. The math won't math: Placing just 2 trades per day will result in trading overheads of $400usd per month! * Want to withdraw any profits or take your money elsewhere? Apparently their semi-automated Wire Transfer setup "Wizard" does not recognized IBAN/SWIFT codes for large internationally established banks. If want to access my money I have to file a Wire Transfer - manually. The cost of filing is $35usd! Every time you want to make a withdrawal. $35usd! LONG STORY SHORT: Conservatively, You will hemorrhage $400+ usd PER MONTH, in fees, just to entry-level day-trade and make 1 withdrawal of any profits. On a positive note - their live chat staff are very helpful (Alex and Danny - thanks for that).

I did contact support and was routed to tech support who was nearly clueless about my technical problem. The support person stated that he was not a trader and thus didn't understand aspects of my concern. I could understand that, however, my issue was only related to trading because the trading window in TV was being shut down by TS. It took way too much time on the phone to find out that TS only allows me to trade 2 symbols at a time, or at least that was his perspective. I was planning on adding substantial funding to my TS account but am now considering moving that money to other brokers.

Im on hold with TradeStation right now because it has locked me out of my account for the third time in less than two months, mostly everything else has been fine, but it can be a headache when you want to get in a trade

Overall, it's good, with account opening benefits like 3 months of monthly subscription fees and a cash discount on options, but it's not clearly stated that it's only for US citizens. In addition to quick responses to user inquiries, it offers derivatives trading: futures and options. Significant improvements are needed in the current account, which isn't smooth navigation, and in order submission, which sometimes gets stuck. For example, it doesn't read commas and periods and requires you to enter them; otherwise, the value obviously falls outside the trading parameters. The TradeStation TitanX platform is unwatchable. Interaction with TradingView is excellent, although the TV account displays basic data and doesn't display the data found in the platform's Paper Trading.
