Too much doom in my opinion! The Market Makers have really taken a swing at the markets today...especially the precious metals. However, I am expecting a hard reversal off of the current levels. The reasons...
1) the DXY is into major resistance and is likely to start a sizeable drop here.
2) the US10Y has not invalidated the weekly topping tail from has week and again is starting to fall
3) US OIL has also started to weaken after today's earlier pop...the price structure is a rising wedge which should break down...

The US10Y bond is rising. A new target is 5.53%!A wave analysis of the yield on 10-year US government bonds (US10Y) confirms the current phase of market acceleration, during which the indicator peaked at 5,365%.
Previously , I anticipated that during this wave of growth, we would experience a breakout of the wave of 3, reaching a level of 5.021%. This prediction has already come to fruition! This is vividly demonstrated by the ADX indicator, which effectively highlights subwaves (iii), as you can observe for yourself.

US 10-Year Treasury Yield: The Elliott Wave Structure Points TowThe long-term Elliott Wave setup for the US 10-Year Treasury Yield continues to favor further upside. The advance from the 3.599% low appears to have completed a corrective fourth-wave structure near 3.926%, with the subsequent breakout signaling the development of a larger fifth-wave advance.
The move above the previous 5.021% peak strengthens the bullish interpretation, suggesting that the broader impulse may still have unfinished business. Under this count, the current rally could represent

US 10Y Yield — Sell Side🇺🇸 US 10-Year Treasury Yield — Downside Scenario in Focus
The U.S. 10-Year Treasury Yield is on the sell-side watchlist, with the current trading outlook focused on a potential decline in yields. The setup centers on the possibility of easing upward pressure in the bond market as price action develops toward lower yield levels.
From a technical perspective, the bearish thesis looks for selling pressure to gain influence and drive the yield lower. A sustained downside move could indicate a shif
Topping Tail on US10YWe are minutes away from a topping tail on the weekly time frame for the US10Y. As I shared yesterday...I think we are seeing a top in rates that will last for a few quarters...I am expecting a sizeable pull back back into the 2.5-3% range on the US10Y which will be boolish for precious metals...expecting a major move in miners (Gold and silver)
US10Y | Corrective Setup Still Needs ConfirmationUS10Y
US10Y remains choppy and range-bound between the defined bullish and bearish triggers, keeping the broader intermarket structure mixed for now.
↗️ Bullish Trigger: 5.360%
↘️ Bearish Trigger: 5.200%
I still expect a corrective move in yields, potentially leading to the activation of the bearish trigger.
However, this scenario has not been confirmed yet. As long as US10Y remains above the bearish trigger, the market can still stay supported and continue creating pressure on Metals and Fo

US10Y (TVC:US10Y) has broken down below its ascending trendline support on the 1H timeframe and rejected the flipped Resistance Area (5.235% - 5.258%). Yields are currently trading around 5.223%, maintaining a downward projection toward lower support objectives.

Australia 10Y Yield — Bearish Setup Under PressureAustralia 10-Year Government Bond Yield is presenting a sell-side opportunity, with the current market structure suggesting that downside pressure could develop further from the present levels.
My analysis is based on the behavior of price, the surrounding structure and the conditions defined by my trading methodology. Rather than chasing short-term fluctuations, the focus is on identifying where the market is offering a favorable risk-to-reward opportunity and allowing the setup to develop acc
US10 Y should start a significant pullback soon...My count on the US10y shows an expanded flat that is topping in a wave B and should start wave C soon. if this count is correct, this is boolish for stocks and metals. A pull back to the 0.382 fib is my target which coincides with the larger trend line (neckline) from the prior 40 yr trend...this is my highest probability target for this pull back.
US10Y: 5.30% Is the Line in the SandThe US 10-Year yield is trading around 5.328% , up 0.79% on the day. The move above the psychological 5.30% threshold keeps the short-term bias bullish for yields and maintains pressure on rate-sensitive assets.
As long as US10Y holds above 5.30%, buyers retain control, with 5.40% as the next area to watch. A rejection followed by a close below 5.30% would weaken the current momentum and could trigger a pullback toward 5.20% .
For equities, persistently elevated yields remain a valuation h
Gold Breaks Higher While Treasury Yields Stay Below ResistanceAn interesting divergence is developing.
Both 10Y and 30Y Treasury yields remain below their marked resistance levels, while Gold has already broken above its corresponding short-term level.
If yields continue to stall or turn lower, that could provide further support for Gold’s recovery. A decisive yield breakout would challenge the setup.
Sometimes the relative price action says more than the headline.

US10Y | Main Plan Needs Bearish Trigger ConfirmationUS10Y
US10Y remains above its bearish trigger, so the minor trading plan is still valid until the market confirms otherwise.
↗️ Bullish Trigger: 5.350%
↘️ Bearish Trigger: 5.200%
As long as US10Y holds above the bearish trigger, we should respect the possibility of another upside move in yields.
The main trading plan will only be confirmed if US10Y breaks below its bearish trigger and begins validating the projected corrective structure.
From an intermarket perspective, continued strength i
Uk 30Y yield hits highest since 1998Global bond market sell-off has resumed today and oil is breaking higher. Inflation concerns are sending risk assets lower, along with gold and cryptos. King Dollar is back at the throne and the GBP/USD is on the verge of a potential breakdown below 1.3190 support area despite rising UK yields.
Here we have the 30y yield hitting its highest since 1998 at above 6.00%. How high can yields go?

France/Germany Yield Spread, Maximum Pressure. At the beginning of September, I published an analysis on TradingView highlighting the risk that the bond yield spread between France and Germany could widen significantly. Indeed, a bullish technical pre-signal had emerged, and since then the yield spread has surged to levels last seen in 2011, during the European sovereign debt crisis.
Below is the analysis I published at the beginning of September. You can see that since then, the long-term yield spread between France and Germany has increas

📈 Strengths and Catalysts:
Persistent inflation and aggressive Fed stance push yields higher. 📈
Higher yields increase capital rotation toward bonds and money market instruments. 💰
⚠️ Weaknesses and Risks:
Materially high long term borrowing costs apply strong valuation pressure on equities. ⚠️
Extremely tight financial conditions exceed post-2008 post-crisis norms. 🛑

US10Y: Correction Ahead, Then Another Leg Higher?US 10-year yields are rising fast, and the momentum behind the move is fading.
It has climbed sharply over the past few weeks, but the charts suggest a pause could be near. Here's what we're watching on three timeframes:
🔹 Daily: triple RSI divergence
Yields keep making new highs, but the daily RSI isn't confirming them. A triple divergence means the rally is losing upside momentum, which often comes before a near-term correction or a period of consolidation.
🔹 Weekly: RSI overbought

Fed Chasing after 2-Year Yields May Result in Additional UpsideWhen the Fed starts chasing after the 2-Year treasury yield with the Federal Funds Rate, it usually chases it approximately 1.00% to 3.00% higher.
Looking at the 7 times in the past when this occurred, 5 of those times resulted in the 2-Year yield continuing its ascent. 2 of those times, in 1996 and 1997, the Fed successfully brough 2-year yields down soon after starting to chase them.
Best historically-backed case for Bond bears is the 1994 case where yields rise to a 7.67% peak.

US10Y | Yield Correction Still Needs Confirmation US10Y
US10Y has not broken below its bearish trigger yet, and yields still have the potential to push higher from current levels.
↗️ Bullish Trigger: 5.350%
↘️ Bearish Trigger: 5.200%
I still expect at least a minor correction in US10Y, but we need confirmation first.
As long as the bearish trigger remains intact, the market can still extend higher before the corrective phase begins.
From an intermarket perspective, another advance in yields could continue to create pressure on metals and
US 30-year yields hit new highs...just as SPX500 hits fresh highs and Nasdaq 100 tests record levels. What could possibly go wrong?
Keep an eye on this, which is continuing to provide support for the dollar and pressure for FX majors. So far, only Dow and Russell have reacted negatively to rising yields, but the tech heavy indices are continuing to ignore the bond markets. For now.

Weekly Review (Oct 5-9): US 10-Year, EUR & GoldWeekly review for October 5-9. Not signals, just how I read the tape with the Conflux Method: structure (Reaction Levels), order flow (cluster / delta) and options data.
Context: last week the US 10-year yield ran into the old visible levels from 2006-2007 and couldn't push further for now, and on that a risk appetite could start if they don't go higher - equities are still holding despite levels like these. For now traders have stopped pricing an October hike, figuring they won't spoil the moo
